Erin graduated from Colgate University with a BA and then went on to obtain a degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Atlanta while working at a high end residential design firm.

Erin later went on to obtain her NCIDQ Certification while working at the firm TRO JB in Boston, MA. While there she worked on an array of projects including large and small corporate offices, hotels, spas, data centers, and multi-resident condo and apartment buildings.

In 2008 Erin won the IIDA New England Design Award for Best Retail/Hospitality Design for her work on The Bliss Spa at The W Hotel in downtown Boston.
